Scrambled eggs
Ingredients
3 between eggs
1.5 dl whole milk
20 g butter, salted
0.5 tsp salt
20 g Adozan Vital+
A little chives
Procedure
1. Eggs, milk, spice and Adozan are whisked together. Lumps from the powder will dissolve within a few minutes when the mass stands.
2. Fat is melted on the pan
3. The egg mass is added while stirring and finished frying under low heat and stirring
4. Sprinkle some chopped chives over the eggs when serving
Can be flavored with herbs or spices.
Tips
You can also make an omelette instead. Melt the fat and pour the egg mixture onto the pan. Leave it on a low heat until the egg mixture has set.
