Smoothies
Ingredients
50 g frozen strawberries
50 g frozen blackberries
1/2 avocado, raw
0.5 dl whipping cream
0.5 dl whole milk yoghurt
5 g vanilla sugar
10 g Adozan Protein+ or DIAAS 96
Procedure
1. Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend into a smoothie.
2. Season with vanilla sugar
3. If you want a thinner smoothie, add a little whole milk if necessary
Tips
Replace with the fruits and vegetables you like.
Sweet milk yogurt and whipping cream can be replaced with buttermilk, cold brew, kefir, oat milk, almond milk, etc., but this provides a different nutritional content.
