Overnight oats

Ingredients

0.5 dl oatmeal

0.5 dl whole milk

5 g chia seeds

1 teaspoon honey

3 tablespoons whole milk yogurt

10 g adozan Kilo+

Procedure

1. Stir Adozan into whole milk and yogurt

2. Add the rest of the ingredients

3. Pour the mixture into a glass or bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Tips

Top possibly with cinnamon sugar, chopped chocolate or fruit puree
