Ingredients
0.5 liters of whipping cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
The seeds from 1 vanilla pod
50 g Adozan Protein+
Procedure
1. Scrape the seeds out of the vanilla bean and stir into the condensed milk
2. Stir Adozan into the milk mixture
3. Whip the cream until frothy in another bowl and carefully fold it into the milk mixture
4. Pour the ice cream into a mold and freeze it
Tips
Add filling as desired, e.g. chocolate sauce, berry compote, nougat or Nutella
