Beer bread, 5 portions
Ingredients
Rye bread, without seeds and kernels (approx. 4 slices)
3.5 dl of water
150 g beer, dark white beer
40 g of sugar
15 g brown sugar
50 g adozan Vital+
Accessories
1.5 dl whipping cream, preferably as foam
Some chopped almonds
Procedure
1. Soak rye bread in water. Preferably from the day before.
2. Add white beer, sugar, brown sugar and Adozan and cook the porridge through.
3. Serve with cream - possibly whipped to foam.
Tips
You can replace Vital+ with 10 g. Protein+ or DIAAS 96, but these variants cannot withstand boiling.
You can also enrich a ready-made beer bread. 10 g. Vital+ per portion.
