Oat biscuits, 30 pcs

These biscuits have a high protein content and are good for those who need a protein-rich snack.
Each biscuit provides 2.5 g of protein.

The recipe uses Adozan Protein+ or Adozan Protein +Hot , but you can easily replace it with Adozan Vital+ or Adozan Kilo+ if the nutritional content is different.

Ingredients

90 g oatmeal
1.5 dl of water
5 tablespoons rapeseed oil
120 g wheat flour
40 g of sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1 teaspoon of cocoa
0.5 tsp salt
45 g Adozan Protein+ or Adozan Protein +Hot.
0.5 tsp baking powder

Procedure

  1. Oatmeal is poured with boiling water. Leave it for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir oil and Adozan into the oatmeal.
  3. Wheat flour, sugar, cinnamon, cocoa, baking powder and salt are mixed and turned into the porridge.
  4. Add wheat flour so that the porridge becomes a dough that can be rolled out.
  5. Roll out the dough thinly. Cut into 30 squares or cut out with cookie cutters.
  6. Bake the biscuits in the oven for approx. 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
