Dahl (Indian lentil soup)
Ingredients
5 g ginger, grated
2 small cloves of garlic
1 tbsp oil
1.5 tsp curry
0.5 tbsp cumin, ground
0.25 tbsp coriander
0.25 tsp cardamom, ground
0.25 tsp chilli flakes
3 dl vegetable broth
100 g red lentils, dried
1 can of chopped tomatoes
60 g adozan Vital+

Procedure
1. Peel and press the garlic
2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat
3. Add garlic and ginger and stir
4. Add the curry, cumin, cardamom, coriander and chilli flakes and fry them while stirring
5. Rinse the lentils in a strainer and put them in the pan together with vegetable broth and chopped tomatoes
6. Let it simmer covered for 20-30 min. Add any a little water if it gets too firm.
7. Stir the Adozan into the dahl and serve with sour cream and fresh chopped herbs
