Tuna mousse

Ingredients

200 g Philadelphia Onions and herbs (or other flavor as desired)

1 dl sour cream, 38%

1 teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed

200 g tuna in water, canned

Salt and pepper

30 g adozan Protein+

Procedure

1. Mix Philadelphia with creme fraiche and stir Adozan into it.

2. Add the other ingredients and season with salt and pepper

Tips

This tuna mousse can be made in many flavors. Replace the spread cheese with the flavor of your choice. Replace the tuna with salmon or cooked chicken depending on the consistency you can handle.
