200 g Rye bread, without kernels and seeds
3.5 dl of water
1.5 dl beer, dark white beer
15 g brown sugar
50 g Adozan, High Protein
Sweeteners to taste

100 g of Adozan High Protein or Protein+Hot is replaced by
200 ml P-boost.
P-Boost is poured in when the beer bread is finished.

  1. Rye bread is soaked in water. Preferably from the day before.
  2. Add white beer, sugar, brown sugar and Adozan and cook the porridge through.
  3. Season with liquid sweetener
  4. Serve with milk
