3.5 dl of water
1.5 dl beer, dark white beer
15 g brown sugar
50 g Adozan, Protein+

Preparation with ADOZAN P-BOOST
100 g of Adozan Protein+ or Protein+Hot is replaced by
200 ml P-boost.
P-Boost is poured in when the beer bread is finished.
Liquid content is reduced to 5 dl.

Procedure
- Rye bread is soaked in water. Preferably from the day before.
- Add white beer, sugar, brown sugar and Adozan and cook the porridge through.
- Season with liquid sweetener
- Serve with milk or berries
