Tomato soup, 4 people
Ingredients
50 g butter, salted
1 medium onion
2 dl water
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato concentrate
1 piece of vegetable broth
2 dl cream 38%, whipping cream
1 tablespoon oregano, dried
0.5 tsp salt
1 pinch (0.25 ml) pepper, black
70 g Adozan Vital+
Procedure
1. Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces
2. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onions until they are clear
3. Stir Adozan into water
4. Add all ingredients to the onions and cook the soup for 15 minutes
5. Season with salt and pepper
The dish is suitable for freezing
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days
All soups (also ready-made) can be made from this recipe. Just think 10 g of Adozan per 150 ml of liquid in the dish.
