Chocolate muffins, 20 pcs.
This recipe differs from other cake recipes by having a high protein content. The caloric content is also high and the recipe is therefore very suitable for the small eater who needs extra nutrition in a small portion of food.
Each cake provides 6 g of protein and thus provides a nice supplement of protein as a supplement to the rest of the diet.
The recipe uses Adozan Protein+ or Adozan Protein +Hot , but you can easily replace it with Adozan Vital+ or Adozan Kilo+ if you want a lower protein content and higher fat content.
Ingredients
125 g butter/margarine
300 g of sugar
3 eggs
60 g Adozan Protein+ or Adozan Protein +Hot
50 g of cocoa
300 g wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
2.5 dl A38 or other sour milk product
Procedure
- Beat butter, eggs, sugar and Adozan well
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl
- A38 is mixed into the egg mass
- Fold the dry ingredients into the batter
- Pour the batter into 20 large muffin tins or 2 pie tins
- Bake at 175 degrees for 20 minutes for muffins and 40 minutes for pies
Serve the cakes as they are or decorate with icing or whipped cream
