Avocado mousse, fat and rich in protein

Ingredients

1 avocado

4 tablespoons sour cream 38%

1 small clove of garlic

1 pinch (0.25 ml) of salt

1 pinch (0.25 ml) pepper, black

10 g Adozan Protein+ or DIAAS 96

Procedure

1. Split the avocado, remove the stone and scrape the filling into a bowl. Mash with a fork.

2. Stir Adozan into the sour cream

3. Mix the creme fraiche with the avocado mash. Whip if necessary. to avoid lumps.

4. Press the garlic and add the mash.

5. Season with salt and pepper

6. Serve on toasted bread, possibly with eggs

Tip

Protein+ can be replaced with Vital+ if a higher calorie content and lower protein content is desired.
