There are 4 approved health claims for proteins. The 4 health claims have been approved by the Danish Health Authority on the basis of a large amount of scientific documentation.

  1. Proteins contribute to increased muscle mass
  2. Protein contributes to maintaining muscle mass
  3. Protein contributes to maintaining normal bones
  4. Protein is necessary for the child's normal growth and bone development

Adozan Protein+, Adozan Protein+Hot, Adozan Transparent+, Adozan Vital+ and Adozan P-Boost are so rich in protein that they are designated as a protein source and must be claimed with the 4 health claims for protein.

Healthy people need 0.8-1.2 g of protein per kg of body weight. But for the elderly, 1-1.5 g per day is recommended. kg body weight (Hessov, I. & Jeppesen, PB, 2011)

In addition, there are diseases such as COPD and Parkinson's, where the recommendation is 1.2-1.5 g/kg.
