Proteins and health
There are 4 approved health claims for proteins. The 4 health claims have been approved by the Danish Health Authority on the basis of a large amount of scientific documentation.

- Protein is necessary for the child's normal growth and bone development
Adozan Protein+, Adozan Protein+Hot, Adozan Transparent+, Adozan Vital+ and Adozan P-Boost are so rich in protein that they are designated as a protein source and must be claimed with the 4 health claims for protein.
Healthy people need 0.8-1.2 g of protein per kg of body weight. But for the elderly, 1-1.5 g per day is recommended. kg body weight (Hessov, I. & Jeppesen, PB, 2011)
In addition, there are diseases such as COPD and Parkinson's, where the recommendation is 1.2-1.5 g/kg.
